高速惊现"神操作"司机：遮挡号牌倒车被记21分
岳阳晚报讯（记者 罗凯 通讯员 李杜）近日在许广高速岳阳段发生了一起令人瞠目结舌的交通违法行为。一名司机因错过出口匝道，竟在高速快车道停车遮挡号牌后倒车，整个过程被监控完整记录。

公共场所视频显示，这辆湘F牌照黑色轿车先是突然在快车道停车，随后驾驶人黄某：
- 打开后备箱取出抹布
- 下车遮挡前车牌
- 进行"S形"危险倒车
- 整个过程持续2分钟
【司机辩解】
经查，驾驶人黄某从汨罗前往岳阳，因接电话错过出口。为赶时间选择倒车，又担心被拍而遮挡号牌。

岳阳高速交警依法作出处罚：
- 高速公路倒车：罚款200元，记12分
- 故意遮挡号牌：罚款200元，记9分
- 合计：罚款400元，记21分

[Driver's Explanation]
Investigation revealed driver Huang was traveling from Miluo to Yueyang when he missed the exit while answering a phone call. In a hurry, he chose to reverse and covered his plate to avoid detection.

- Reversing on highway: 200 yuan fine, 12-point deduction
- Deliberately covering plate: 200 yuan fine, 9-point deduction
