Neither python-meh nor python-pocketlint are needed in depends anymore.

Please kindly see upstream's blivet-gui.spec file for confirmation on what is and is not required.

Thanks for adding the polib dependency, but now I'm getting

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pocketlint'

this brings down a lot more dependencies than release. is this needed?
