一、茶叶分类及海关编码 | Tea Classification and HS Codes
根据GB/T30766-2014《茶叶分类》国家标准,茶叶按发酵程度分为六大类:
According to the national standard GB/T30766-2014 "Tea Classification", teas are divided into six categories based on fermentation degree:
- 绿茶 Green tea (不发酵 Non-fermented, 0%)
- 白茶 White tea (微发酵 Slightly fermented, 0-10%)
- 黄茶 Yellow tea (轻度发酵 Lightly fermented, 10-20%)
- 青茶(乌龙茶) Oolong tea (半发酵 Semi-fermented, 30-60%)
- 红茶 Black tea (全发酵 Fully fermented, 70-90%)
- 黑茶 Dark tea (后发酵 Post-fermented, 100%)

• 生产企业备案 | Manufacturer registration
可通过"中国国际贸易单一窗口"申请。

2. 出口前监管 | Pre-export Inspection
海关将实施现场检查和抽样检测。
Customs will conduct on-site inspection and sampling.
3. 出口申报及放行 | Export Declaration and Release
