中国物流集团正式成立：物流"国家队"背后的战略布局
2021年12月6日，经国务院批准，中国物流集团有限公司（以下简称中国物流集团）正式挂牌成立，标志着我国物流行业进入全新发展阶段。
On December 6, 2021, approved by the State Council, China Logistics Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as China Logistics Group) was officially established, marking a new development stage for China's logistics industry.
整合重组：新组建的中国物流集团由原中国铁路物资集团与中国诚通控股集团物流板块的4家企业整合而成，同步引入三大战略投资者：
- 中国东方航空集团
- 中国远洋海运集团
- 招商局集团
Integration and Restructuring: The newly established China Logistics Group was formed by the integration of the former China Railway Materials Group and four logistics companies under China Chengtong Holdings Group, with three strategic investors:
- China Eastern Air Holding Company
- China COSCO Shipping Corporation
- China Merchants Group
股权结构：集团注册资本300亿元，国务院国资委和中国诚通控股集团各持股38.9%，三家战略投资者持股比例分别为10%、7.3%、4.9%。
Equity Structure: The group has a registered capital of 30 billion yuan, with SASAC and China Chengtong Holdings Group each holding 38.9%, and the three strategic investors holding 10%, 7.3%, and 4.9% respectively.
业务布局：中国物流集团经营网点遍布国内30个省(市、区)及海外五大洲，拥有：
- 土地面积2426万平方米
- 库房495万平方米
- 铁路专用线120条
- 整合社会公路货运车辆近300万辆
Business Layout: China Logistics Group has operations in 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China and five continents overseas, with:
- 24.26 million square meters of land
- 4.95 million square meters of warehouses
- 120 railway dedicated lines
