"Mongolian Translation team" is inactive for a decade

The Ubuntu Mongolian Translation Team appears inactive. Seven members are pending, and the last recorded activity was in 2016. Attempts to contact the team have not received any response.

I would like to formally join the team and help revive it, building an active community for Mongolian translations.
