build log is missing

For these jobs, there is no build log. Any idea how to get them?

This is already a relaunch, because the initial build didn't provide a log either.

This (build fails but there are no build logs) usually happens because of one of two causes:

1. The build itself failed to start (therefore there were no build logs).
2. The process running the build crashed, and so there was nothing to gather logs.

In your case, it looks like (1) was the cause. Unfortunately, the builder that tried and failed your build has long since been cleaned and recycled, so I don't have a way of poking into this further. The likely cause is that there was a temporary issue retrieving content from the Librarian, which caused either an error code, or a timeout.

It's suboptimal, but I would recommend retrying for now. Meanwhile, I will also look to see if there are improvements we can make to help with these cases.

It is running now. At the moment the log window is empty.
