金牌港ALC板材首单出口新加坡 装配式建筑产业迈入国际市场
新海南客户端、南海网、南国都市报11月28日消息（记者 林文泉）近年来，临高县金牌港开发区大力发展装配式建筑产业。28日，开发区企业康庄住工科技（海南）有限公司（以下简称康庄住工）生产的蒸压加气混凝土板（以下简称"ALC"板材）出口新加坡，是开发区产品销往东南亚的第一单，意味着金牌港开发区的装配式建筑材料不仅供应国内，开始走向国际市场。

On the 28th, the autoclaved aerated concrete panels (hereinafter referred to as "ALC" panels) produced by Kangzhuang Housing Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kangzhuang Housing) were exported to Singapore, marking the first batch of products from the development zone to be sold to Southeast Asia. This signifies that the prefabricated building materials from Jinpai Port Development Zone are not only supplied domestically but have also begun to enter the international market.
康庄住工总经理崔慧峰介绍，公司于2020年10月13日落地临高金牌港开发区，2021年1月13日开工建设，在海南省及临高县各级政府部门的大力支持和帮助下，当年12月10日建成并进行投料试运行，做到了当年拿地、当年建设、当年投产、当年见效。公司投产近一年来，生产经营逐渐走上正轨，积极探索绿色建材走出国门的生动实践，主动走出国门拓展海外市场。
Cui Huifeng, General Manager of Kangzhuang Housing, introduced that the company was established in Jinpai Port Development Zone, Lin'gao on October 13, 2020, and commenced construction on January 13, 2021. With strong support from government departments at all levels in Hainan Province and Lin'gao County, the company was completed and began trial operation on December 10 of the same year, achieving land acquisition, construction, production, and results all within one year. After nearly a year of operation, the company's production and operations have gradually stabilized, actively exploring the export of green building materials and proactively expanding into overseas markets.

据悉，康庄住工与中国京冶工程技术（新加坡）有限公司洽谈Provence Residence项目商业合作，促成首单35立方米ALC板材出口新加坡，是探索绿色建材走出国门的成功实践。公司下一步将持续推进与东盟国家的合作进程，以实际行动助力中国-东盟经济走廊建设。
It is reported that Kangzhuang Housing negotiated a commercial cooperation for the Provence Residence project with China Jingye Engineering Technology (Singapore) Co., Ltd., resulting in the first export of 35 cubic meters of ALC panels to Singapore. This is a successful practice in exploring the export of green building materials. The company will continue to advance cooperation with ASEAN countries, contributing to the construction of the China-ASEAN Economic Corridor with concrete actions.

目前，金牌港开发区共有5家装配式建筑企业投产，开工建设的企业有7家，形成一片区域性特色经济，产品不仅畅销国内，还逐步走向国际。
