12月19日，"龙企出海，法护启航"助企合规出海法律服务活动（跨境电商企业合规主题）在深圳市龙华区港之龙科技园产业服务中心举行。此次交流会旨在进一步推动跨境电商高质量发展，加快培育外贸新动能、构建新发展格局，为辖区跨境电商企业发展注入新动力。
On December 19th, the "Dragon Enterprises Going Global, Legal Protection Setting Sail" legal service event (with the theme of cross-border e-commerce compliance) was held at the Industrial Service Center of Gangzhilong Technology Park in Longhua District, Shenzhen. This exchange aimed to further promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce, accelerate the cultivation of new foreign trade momentum, build a new development pattern, and inject new vitality into the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the district.
此次交流会由龙华区司法局、龙华区商务局、龙华区投资推广和企业服务中心指导，龙华区律师工作委员会、广东德纳律师事务所、龙华区产业园区促进会主办，深圳欧税通技术有限公司、港之龙科技园、深圳市中科为实业集团有限公司、深圳兆喜信息科技有限公司协办。本次活动共50名企业代表及律师代表参加，共同探讨跨境电商合规发展的新路径。
The exchange was guided by the Longhua District Justice Bureau, Longhua District Commerce Bureau, and Longhua District Investment Promotion and Enterprise Service Center, and organized by the Longhua District Lawyers Work Committee, Guangdong Denah Law Firm, and Longhua District Industrial Park Promotion Association. It was co-organized by Shenzhen Oushuitong Technology Co., Ltd., Gangzhilong Technology Park, Shenzhen Zhongkewei Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Zhaoxi Information Technology Co., Ltd. A total of 50 enterprise representatives and lawyer representatives participated in the event to explore new paths for the compliant development of cross-border e-commerce.
会上，广东德纳律师事务所律师尚峰彬就"跨境电商常见法律风险防范"进行专题发言，为参会人员提供跨境电商在税务合规及国际物流方面的法律风险防范策略。尚律师建议，企业面对多变的跨境电商市场，需持续更新法律风险管理机制，紧密关注各国的监管变化，及时调整业务操作，以确保长期合规运营。
At the meeting, Shang Fengbin, a lawyer from Guangdong Denah Law Firm, gave a special speech on "Prevention of Common Legal Risks in Cross-border E-commerce", providing participants with legal risk prevention strategies for cross-border e-commerce in terms of tax compliance and international logistics. Lawyer Shang suggested that enterprises facing the ever-changing cross-border e-commerce market need to continuously update their legal risk management mechanisms, closely monitor regulatory changes in various countries, and adjust business operations in a timely manner to ensure long-term compliant operations.
之后，深圳欧税通技术有限公司运营总监房佩琳就"全球品牌保护布局&防御"进行讲解。她表示在全球化和数字化的浪潮中，商标已经成为企业保护品牌、拓展市场的重要工具，同时也强调品牌保护的重要性，特别是商标的申请与管理，这不仅关乎企业的知识产权，更直接影响企业的品牌形象和市场竞争力。

She stated that in the wave of globalization and digitalization, trademarks have become an important tool for enterprises to protect their brands and expand their markets. She also emphasized the importance of brand protection, especially the application and management of trademarks, which not only concerns the intellectual property of enterprises but also directly affects their brand image and market competitiveness.
