中国城市报报道 - 在"十四五"规划期间，外贸正成为推动中国县域经济发展的关键力量。根据农业农村部最新数据，2023年1-10月，我国农产品进出口总额达2639亿美元，其中出口增长2.8%。商务部近期发布的《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干政策措施》特别强调扩大特色农产品国际市场份额，推动边民互市贸易创新等县域经济相关内容。

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Agriculture, China's agricultural product import and export volume reached $263.9 billion from January to October 2023, with exports growing by 2.8%. 黑龙江省绥芬河市的中俄边民互贸大集2023年实现外贸成交额237.7亿元，同比增长28.2%，带动当地经济综合实力重回全省前10名。类似案例在广西凭祥、云南瑞丽等边境城市也有体现。
Suifenhe City in Heilongjiang recorded border trade volume of 23.77 billion yuan in 2023, up 28.2% year-on-year, helping its comprehensive economic strength return to the top 10 in the province. Similar cases can be seen in border cities like Pingxiang in Guangxi and Ruili in Yunnan.
