中国外贸订单流出规模可控 商务部详解稳外贸三大举措
新华社北京6月8日电（记者谢希瑶、邹多为）商务部对外贸易司司长李兴乾8日在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，今年以来部分外贸订单流出属于正常现象，整体规模可控。
Xinhua News, Beijing, June 8 (Reporters Xie Xiyao, Zou Duowei) Li Xingqian, Director General of the Department of Foreign Trade at MOFCOM, stated at a policy briefing on June 8 that the recent outflow of some foreign trade orders is a normal phenomenon with controllable overall impact.
李兴乾指出，随着周边国家生产端恢复，去年回流中国的部分订单再次流出。但中国仍保持全球货物贸易出口第一大国地位，产业外迁是贸易投资正常分工现象。
Li noted that as neighboring countries resume production, some orders that returned to China last year are flowing out again. However, China remains the world's top goods exporter, and industrial relocation reflects normal trade and investment patterns.
