I wanted to ask if I could make a Cython branch for HPack since the aiohttp devs were intrested in adding hyper to create http2 protocols with aiohttp and I would like to contribute by making a Cython module where the current pure python version is the fallback for users who wouldn't want to compile it. The maintainers could help me explain a few things incase you need more details but I see reasons to help improve this library for both httpx and aiohttp users.
