Problem with ESP32-S3 PSRAM

I'm trying to build lvgl_micropython firmware for a nice WT32-SC01 Plus board with WT32-S3-WROVER-N16R2. There is 2MB quad PSRAM. Flash is quad SPI also. Esptool v5.1.0 says:

I created toml file wt32sc01plus02.toml.txt and run a build in a container Dockerfile.txt:
python3 make.py esp32 clean --toml=/output/wt32sc01plus02.toml --partition-size=3145728

But boot fails with error:

I spent many hours with trying different settings, but no luck. Also, I don't know why flash is still in DIO mode and not QIO.
Don't you have any idea what is wrong?

yeah you need to add CONFIG_SPIRAM_XIP_FROM_PSRAM=n to the build command

Same error.
I checked sdkconfig file:

# CONFIG_SPIRAM_XIP_FROM_PSRAM is not set CONFIG_SPIRAM_FETCH_INSTRUCTIONS=y CONFIG_SPIRAM_RODATA=y 

So I tried to switch off the SPIRAM_FETCH_INSTRUCTIONS and SPIRAM_RODATA. Is it ok? It looks much better now.
