It is hoped that Bark will be added as a type of Web Hooks.

• Existing Web Hooks already meet the needs of most developers, but current webhook types are more often used by enterprises or medium-to-large teams. For small development teams or individuals, a more lightweight webhook is needed as a notification method, such as subscribing to the execution status of CD/CI.
• Bark is a notification tool that I know is used more often by individual developers or small projects. It is often used in scenarios such as server running status notifications. The configuration is relatively simple, and it also meets mobile usage scenarios.
• Furthermore, Bark is also an open-source project, allowing users to deploy related services themselves to meet data security requirements.
