in triage template

in coder template (✅ ):

the beauty of coder is you can run a full dev instance and also have playwright validate the changes. however, our triage template doesn't have these options

• add playwright to triage template and prompt instructions on how to log in to coder (agents.md)
• add preview URL so i can preview it myself
• for docs/customer recommendations (@david-fraley)
  • can we reference our triage template as an example for customers?
  • can we document best practices for what to include in a tasks template
