Added the option to disable the ES-Connection validation on startup. This might be required, when running tests of an API-Builder project having this flow-node installed and no Elasticsearch server is available/required to run the tests.
For instance by setting the environment variable: VALIDATE_ELASTIC_CONNECTION=false
