Beijing, August 9 (People's Daily Online) - According to the latest data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's garment and clothing accessories exports reached $80.2 billion from January to June 2022, representing a 12% year-on-year increase, demonstrating the strong resilience of China's garment industry.
数据显示,上半年服装行业规模以上企业实现营业收入6885亿元,同比增长4.5%;利润总额307亿元,增长4.0%。值得注意的是,行业利润率提升0.31个百分点至4.5%,亏损面收窄0.9个百分点。
Statistics show that large-scale garment enterprises achieved total operating revenue of 688.5 billion yuan, up 4.5% year-on-year, with total profits of 30.7 billion yuan, increasing by 4.0%. Notably, the industry's profit margin rose by 0.31 percentage points to 4.5%, while the proportion of loss-making enterprises narrowed by 0.9 percentage points.

中国服装协会数据显示,东盟市场表现尤为亮眼,前5个月中国对东盟纺织品服装出口226.9亿美元,同比增长23%,占行业出口总额的18%。其中服装出口增长26.3%,展现强劲需求。
Data from the China National Garment Association indicates that the ASEAN market performed particularly well, with China's textile and garment exports to ASEAN reaching $22.69 billion in the first five months, up 23% year-on-year, accounting for 18% of total exports. Notably, garment exports grew by 26.3%, demonstrating strong demand.
