湖南茶叶出口强势增长：1.13万吨茶叶创汇2.14亿元
三湘都市报·新湖南客户端5月6日讯 - 作为湖南特色农产品出口的支柱产业，茶叶贸易在2023年迎来开门红。长沙海关最新数据显示，今年1-4月湖南省茶叶出口量达1.13万吨，货值2.14亿元人民币，同比增幅均超30%。
（Sanxiang Metropolis Daily·New Hunan Client May 6th） - As a pillar industry of Hunan's characteristic agricultural exports, the tea trade has had a strong start in 2023. Latest customs data shows Hunan province exported 11,300 tons of tea worth 214 million yuan from January to April, with both volume and value increasing over 30% year-on-year.
目前，湖南已建成36个出口茶叶种植基地，培育82家出口备案茶企。长沙海关通过建立全链条溯源管理体系，显著提升湘茶国际竞争力。安化县白沙溪茶厂近期出口的320件黑茶成为今年湖南首批出口黑茶产品。
Currently, Hunan has established 36 export tea planting bases and cultivated 82 registered export enterprises. Changsha Customs has significantly enhanced the international competitiveness of Hunan tea by establishing a whole-chain traceability management system. The recent export of 320 cases of dark tea from Baishaxi Tea Factory became the first batch of exported dark tea this year.
政策红利持续释放：湖南省茶业集团作为海关高级认证(AEO)企业，享受快速通关便利。长沙海关实施企业协调员制度，每月向重点茶企推送国际市场动态和准入新规。中欧班列等物流通道的完善，正助力湘茶加速开拓"一带一路"市场。
Policy Dividends Continue: As an AEO-certified enterprise, Hunan Tea Group enjoys expedited customs clearance. Changsha Customs has implemented an enterprise coordinator system, providing monthly updates on international market trends and new regulations to key tea companies. The improvement of logistics channels like the China-Europe Railway Express is helping Hunan tea expand in Belt and Road markets.
值得关注的是，中非经贸合作为湘茶出口创造新增长点。湖南鸿大茶叶对摩洛哥出口同比激增4倍，有效带动茶农增收。海关表示将持续优化监管服务，支持更多湘茶企业开拓国际市场。
Notably, China-Africa economic cooperation has created new growth opportunities. Hongda Tea's exports to Morocco surged 400% year-on-year, effectively increasing tea farmers' income. Customs authorities will continue optimizing supervision services to support more Hunan tea companies in exploring international markets.
