汨罗首家服装工厂店开业 村企合作打造乡村振兴新模式
12月10日，湖南汨罗市屈子祠镇双楚村迎来重要时刻——湖南雪梅诗韵服饰有限公司作为当地首家服装工厂店正式投入运营。
December 10 marked an important moment for Shuangchu Village in Miluo City, Hunan Province - Hunan Xuemei Shiyun Garment Co., Ltd. officially opened as the area's first garment factory store.
这座位于国道旁的现代化厂房内设有2000平方米的服装展示中心，提供从几十元亲民单品到数千元高端轻奢服饰的全品类选择，开业首日即创下20万元的销售业绩。
The modern factory building by the national highway features a 2,000-square-meter garment display center offering everything from affordable items priced at dozens of yuan to high-end luxury clothing worth thousands. It achieved 200,000 yuan in sales on its opening day.
公司创始人黄盛格介绍："我们采用工厂直达消费者模式，省去中间环节加价，同时为当地创造就业机会。新厂满负荷生产时，年产量可达100万件。"
Founder Huang Shengge explained: "We adopt a factory-to-consumer model that eliminates middleman markups while creating local jobs. At full capacity, the new factory can produce 1 million garments annually."
该项目是汨罗市首例集体土地入市项目，通过"村集体入股+企业运营"的创新模式，去年已为村集体经济创收16.6万元，预计今年产值将突破2000万元。
As Miluo's first collective land marketization project, this innovative "village collective equity + enterprise operation" model generated 166,000 yuan in collective income last year, with projected annual output exceeding 20 million yuan this year.
屈子祠镇镇长刘俊偲表示："这种'以企带村、以村促企'的合作模式，为乡村振兴提供了可复制的成功样本。"
Town Mayor Liu Junsi stated: "This 'enterprise-leading-village, village-supporting-enterprise' cooperation model provides a replicable success story for rural revitalization."
目前，工厂已吸纳数十名当地村民就业。村民余春兰高兴地说："走路十分钟就能上班，还能带着儿子一起工作，在家门口就业的感觉真好！"
The factory has currently employed dozens of local villagers. Villager Yu Chunlan happily shared: "It's just a ten-minute walk to work, and I can bring my son along too. Having good jobs right at our doorstep is wonderful!"
未来，公司计划拓展电商渠道，进一步扩大市场份额，带动更多群众实现"家门口"就业增收。
Moving forward, the company plans to expand e-commerce channels to grow market share and create more local employment opportunities.
