为加强交通整治力度，浦东交警近期推出定制版"鹰眼"非现场执法电子警察抓拍系统。这套系统将部署在内环、中环、华夏高架等十处违法行为多发路段，24小时不间断工作。

To enhance traffic enforcement, Pudong Traffic Police has introduced a customized "Eagle Eye" electronic surveillance system. This system will be deployed at 10 high-risk locations including Inner Ring, Middle Ring and Huaxia Elevated Roads, operating 24/7.

【多功能抓拍】新系统可同时检测：
- 高速公路违法变道
- 违法倒车
- 违法停车
违法信息将实时显示在LED警示屏上。

[Multi-function Monitoring] The new system can detect:
- Illegal lane changes
- Reverse driving
- Illegal parking
Violation information will be displayed on LED warning screens in real time.

【处罚标准】
1. 高速公路倒车/逆行：扣12分
2. 占用应急车道：扣6分
3. 违反禁令标志：扣3分

[Penalty Standards]
1. Highway reverse driving: 12-point deduction
2. Emergency lane occupation: 6-point deduction
3. Violating prohibition signs: 3-point deduction

十处监控点位置：
内环高架锦绣路出口、中环济阳路出口、华夏高架唐黄路出口等交通要道。

10 Monitoring Locations:
Key passages including Jinxiu Road exit on Inner Ring, Jiyang Road exit on Middle Ring, and Tanghuang Road exit on Huaxia Elevated Road.

交警提醒：唯一避免处罚的方法就是严格遵守交通法规，安全文明驾驶。
