湖南新增7个省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区
近日，湖南省政府批准，湖南出入境检验检疫局、省农业委和省商务厅联合发文，确定临湘（茶叶）、华容（芥菜、蜂蜜）、桑植（牛羊肉）、资阳（茶叶）、赫山（茶叶）、桃江（茶叶）、安化（茶叶）7个县市区为第三批省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区。
Recently approved by the Hunan Provincial Government, the Hunan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Provincial Agriculture Committee and Provincial Commerce Department jointly announced 7 new county-level demonstration zones for export food and agricultural product quality and safety. The new zones cover Linxiang (tea), Huarong (mustard greens, honey), Sangzhi (beef and mutton), Ziyang (tea), Heshan (tea), Taojiang (tea) and Anhua (tea).
湖南出入境检验检疫局表示，此次新获批的示范区涵盖了湖南的众多特色产品，如安化、桃江等地是湖南著名的黑茶产区，此次黑茶产业首次被纳入出口示范区；桑植县的牛羊养殖存栏量达10万头，牛羊肉年均出口额超过2000万美元；华容县的芥菜和蜂蜜产品出口额近1000万美元。
The inspection bureau noted these zones represent Hunan's specialty products. Anhua and Taojiang are famous for dark tea production - the first time this industry has been included. Sangzhi County has 100,000 heads of cattle and sheep with annual exports exceeding $20 million. Huarong County exports nearly $10 million worth of mustard greens and honey products.
截至目前，全省累计通过28个省级出口食品农产品质量安全示范区，其中19个已升级为国家级出口示范区（另：石门县、长沙县直接获批为国家级出口示范区）。示范区建设有力提升了食品农产品质量安全整体水平，促进了全省食品农产品出口。1-2月，全省共出口食品农产品2.17亿美元，同比增长23.66%。
To date, Hunan has established 28 provincial-level demonstration zones, with 19 upgraded to national-level status (Shimen County and Changsha County were directly approved as national-level zones). This system has significantly improved overall quality standards and boosted exports. In January-February, the province exported $217 million worth of food and agricultural products, up 23.66% year-on-year.
