新京报讯（记者 于桂桂）3月29日，第11届北京国际宠物用品展览会盛大开幕。展会首日，全国伴侣动物（宠物）标准化技术委员会重点宣传了《犬狂犬病疫苗接种技术规范》和《伴侣动物（宠物）用品安全技术要求》两项国家标准。
New Beijing News (Reporter Yu Guigui) On March 29, the 11th Beijing International Pet Products Exhibition grandly opened. On the first day of the exhibition, the National Companion Animal (Pet) Standardization Technical Committee promoted two national standards: "Technical Specification for Canine Rabies Vaccination" and "Safety Technical Requirements for Companion Animal (Pet) Products".
据了解，这两项标准具有里程碑意义：《伴侣动物（宠物）用品安全技术要求》是我国首个针对宠物用品安全的推荐性国家标准；《犬狂犬病疫苗接种技术规范》则是首个规范犬只狂犬病疫苗接种操作的国家标准。
It is understood that these two standards are of milestone significance: "Safety Technical Requirements for Companion Animal (Pet) Products" is China's first recommended national standard for pet product safety; "Technical Specification for Canine Rabies Vaccination" is the first national standard regulating rabies vaccination operations for dogs.
近年来，中国宠物经济蓬勃发展。据统计，2023年我国宠物产业规模已接近3000亿元，形成了覆盖宠物"衣食住用行、生老病死"全生命周期的完整产业链。
In recent years, China's pet economy has flourished. According to statistics, in 2023, China's pet industry scale reached nearly 300 billion yuan, forming a complete industrial chain covering the entire life cycle of pets from "clothing, food, housing, transportation to birth, aging, illness and death".
标准亮点解读

《伴侣动物（宠物）用品安全技术要求》明确了宠物用品的原材料、机械性能、物理性能、化学安全、电气安全和产品安全标识等方面的技术要求，为预防宠物用品可能对人宠造成的伤害提供了技术保障。
"Safety Technical Requirements for Companion Animal (Pet) Products" specifies technical requirements for raw materials, mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical safety, electrical safety and product safety labeling of pet products, providing technical guarantees to prevent potential harm that pet products may cause to humans and pets.
《犬狂犬病疫苗接种技术规范》则对免疫机构、免疫犬、疫苗、免疫接种、免疫证明等环节提出了明确要求，为筑牢狂犬病防治第一道防线提供了标准化操作指南。
"Technical Specification for Canine Rabies Vaccination" puts forward clear requirements for immunization institutions, immunized dogs, vaccines, immunization procedures, and immunization certificates, providing standardized operation guidelines for building the first line of defense against rabies.
