中国外贸前三季度实现量增质优 高端装备出口增长43.4%

今年前三季度，中国外贸进出口总值达到32.3万亿元人民币，同比增长5.3%，在历史同期首次突破32万亿元。其中，出口18.62万亿元，增长6.2%；进口13.71万亿元，增长4.1%。
In the first three quarters of this year, China's total foreign trade import and export value reached 32.3 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%, exceeding 32 trillion yuan for the first time in the same period in history. Among them, exports were 18.62 trillion yuan, up 6.2%; imports were 13.71 trillion yuan, up 4.1%.

从需求方面看，国际方面，世贸组织最新报告上调了对全年货物贸易量增速的预测。前三季度，中国对欧美日等传统市场出口增长4.2%，对东盟、拉美等新兴市场出口分别增长12.3%、13.7%。
From the demand side, internationally, the latest WTO report has raised its forecast for the growth rate of global goods trade volume for the whole year. In the first three quarters, China's exports to traditional markets such as Europe, America and Japan increased by 4.2%, while exports to emerging markets such as ASEAN and Latin America increased by 12.3% and 13.7% respectively.
高端装备出口表现亮眼 | Outstanding Performance in High-End Equipment Exports
今年前三季度，中国机电产品出口11.03万亿元，增长8%，占出口总值的59.3%。其中，高端装备出口增长43.4%。中国近期出口了全球最大的生产储卸油平台，单价超过百亿元。
In the first three quarters of this year, China's mechanical and electrical product exports reached 11.03 trillion yuan, an increase of 8%, accounting for 59.3% of total export value. 在船舶制造领域，中国积极向全球提供绿色、安全、智能的绿色船舶。一艘LNG双燃料集装箱船能够减少碳排放20%以上，减少100%的硫氧化物排放。今年前8个月，大连地区船企共出口各类船舶货值121.1亿元人民币，同比增长31.3%。
In the shipbuilding sector, China is actively providing green, safe and intelligent green ships to the world. An LNG dual-fuel container ship can reduce carbon emissions by more than 20% and sulfur oxide emissions by 100%. In the first eight months of this year, shipbuilding enterprises in Dalian exported ships worth a total of 12.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.3%.
口岸营商环境持续优化 | Continuous Optimization of Port Business Environment
在山东港口日照港，海关关员正在专用接卸泊位对4万余吨进口木片进行检疫查验。查验结束后，木片无需换装，就直接通过传送带运送到直线距离800米的企业原材料堆场。
At Rizhao Port in Shandong, customs officers are conducting quarantine inspections on more than 40,000 tons of imported wood chips at dedicated unloading berths. After inspection, the wood chips can be directly transported via conveyor belt to the enterprise's raw material yard 800 meters away without reloading.
市场多元化成效显著 | Significant Results in Market Diversification
今年前三季度，我国与全球160多个国家和地区贸易实现增长。对共建"一带一路"国家进出口15.21万亿元，增长6.3%，占比提升至47.1%。对RCEP其他成员国进出口9.63万亿元，增长4.5%。
In the first three quarters of this year, China's trade with more than 160 countries and regions around the world achieved growth. Trade with countries jointly building the "Belt and Road" reached 15.21 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.3%, accounting for 47.1% of total trade. Trade with other RCEP member countries reached 9.63 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.5%.
外贸韧性持续增强 | Continuous Enhancement of Foreign Trade Resilience
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示："近期调研显示，69%的企业反映第四季度出口持平或者增长。综合来看，我们对四季度出口还是充满信心的。"
Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistical Analysis of the General Administration of Customs, said: "Recent research shows that 69% of enterprises reported that exports in the fourth quarter will remain flat or grow. Overall, we are still confident about exports in the fourth quarter."
中国不刻意追求贸易顺差 | China Does Not Deliberately Pursue Trade Surplus
海关总署副署长表示："中国从不刻意追求贸易顺差，近期货物贸易顺差扩大的背后，既有我国产业竞争力提升、出口韧性较强的因素，也受到近期全球大宗商品价格下跌拉低了进口值这些因素的影响。"
The Deputy Director of the General Administration of Customs said: "China has never deliberately pursued a trade surplus. Behind the recent expansion of the goods trade surplus are factors such as the improvement of China's industrial competitiveness and strong export resilience, as well as the impact of the recent decline in global commodity prices that has lowered import values."
