近日,山东商报·速豹新闻网3·15维权站收到济南市民李女士爆料投诉,质疑在屈臣氏小程序购买的雅诗兰黛产品货源不明。
Recently, the 3·15 Rights Protection Station of Shandong Business Daily·Leopard News received a complaint from Ms. Li, a citizen of Jinan, questioning the source of Estée Lauder products purchased through the Watsons mini-program.
屈臣氏回复称,该商品是经由正规渠道、完成正规监管的合法商品,但并未提供相关证明,也拒绝为消费者退货。
Watsons responded that the product was legally obtained through formal channels and met regulatory requirements, but did not provide relevant certificates and refused to offer a refund to the consumer.
2月14日,李女士在屈臣氏微信小程序购买雅诗兰黛柔丝焕彩化妆水等4件商品,花费919元。
On February 14, Ms. Li purchased four items, including Estée Lauder's Softening Lotion, through the Watsons WeChat mini-program, spending a total of 919 yuan.
"到货后,我发现其中雅诗兰黛化妆水没有包装,没有中文标签,未见生产日期,无法判断是不是正品。"李女士告诉山东商报·速豹新闻网记者。
"After receiving the products, I noticed that the Estée Lauder lotion had no packaging, no Chinese label, and no production date, making it impossible to verify its authenticity," Ms. Li told Shandong Business Daily·Leopard News.
为核实该情况,记者致电雅诗兰黛官方,得知获得品牌授权的平台包括雅诗兰黛天猫、抖音旗舰店等,其中不含屈臣氏线上平台。
To verify the situation, the reporter contacted Estée Lauder's official customer service and learned that authorized platforms include Estée Lauder's Tmall and Douyin flagship stores, but not Watsons' online platform.
屈臣氏回复记者称,这款雅诗兰黛产品属于跨境购模式,是按照"网购保税进口"方式进境,已按照文件规定完成了包括海关在内的监管要求。
Watsons responded that this Estée Lauder product was imported under the cross-border e-commerce model, complying with bonded import regulations and meeting all customs and regulatory requirements.
