中国茶文化申遗成功：福鼎白茶与坦洋工夫红茶入选联合国非遗名录
2022年11月29日，在摩洛哥拉巴特举行的联合国教科文组织会议上，"中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗"成功列入人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。这是中国第43个入选UNESCO非遗的项目，其中包含福建省的福鼎白茶制作技艺和坦洋工夫红茶制作技艺两大国家级非遗项目。
On November 29, 2022, at the UNESCO meeting held in Rabat, Morocco, "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" was successfully inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This marks China's 43rd UNESCO intangible cultural heritage item, including two national-level intangible cultural heritage projects from Fujian Province: Fuding White Tea production techniques and Tanyang Gongfu Black Tea production techniques.

坦洋工夫红茶创制于清朝末年，1915年荣获巴拿马万国博览会金奖，被誉为"闽红三大工夫红茶之首"。其制作技艺传承160余年，以独特的工艺和优质菜茶原料著称，造就了卓越的口感风味。
Created in the late Qing Dynasty, Tanyang Gongfu Black Tea won the gold medal at the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition and is known as "the finest among Fujian's three major Gongfu black teas." Its production techniques have been passed down for over 160 years, renowned for unique craftsmanship and high-quality raw materials that create exceptional flavor profiles.
