自2010年启用以来，虹桥枢纽日均客流量已近100万人次。6月22日，虹桥商务区管委会透露，将对利用新能源车从事非法客运的车主采取取消新能源车补贴、收回免费沪牌等制裁措施。

调查数据显示，一辆黑车一个月内进出停车库高达516次。联勤办已建立黑车数据库，将通过车牌识别系统实现自动报警。
