Crazy Xiaoyang Brother is making big money again! Recently, Lu Wenqing, founder of Sanzhiyang Group, revealed during a live broadcast an important step in the company's overseas expansion plan - the grand opening of its US branch.

在此前,三只羊集团就已经在马来西亚、新加坡、泰国等地有所布局,如若美国分公司正式开业,则代表着三只羊在海外的版图又进一步扩大了。

Prior to this, Sanzhiyang Group had already established presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and other regions. The opening of the US branch would mark another significant expansion of its overseas footprint.

除了小杨哥旗下的三只羊集团以外,交个朋友、辛选、东方甄选等公司也不约而同地盯上了海外市场。但是,电商出海真的有那么容易吗?

在直播中,卢文庆称:"美国的公司计划在9月份左右能开好,海外的高管已经在美国洛杉矶待了将近20多天,这次去呢也是跟着官方一起出海。"

During the live broadcast, Lu Wenqing stated: "The US company is planned to open around September. Our overseas executives have been in Los Angeles for over 20 days, this trip was made together with official partners."

对于为什么要在美国开分公司,卢文庆也给出了解释。他表示:"中国的电商目前在应用层面在全球是遥遥领先,当然在中国能把直播电商做得很好,我觉得在TikTok上面对于整个集团来讲,也是个很大的机会。"

Lu explained the rationale behind establishing a US branch: "China's e-commerce is currently leading globally in application level. While we've excelled in live-streaming e-commerce in China, TikTok presents a huge opportunity for our group."

早在2017年,交个朋友就孵化了印尼的海外本土公司。2021年交个朋友开始布局出海业务,并且有两个涉及出海业务的部门。
