May 12, the 2023 Nantong Cross-border E-commerce Product Selection Expo entered its second day, with crowds flocking to Hall A of Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition provided comprehensive support for enterprises going global through activities such as industrial belt promotion conferences and talent matching conferences.

As a "trillion-yuan city", Nantong has demonstrated strong strength in the development model of "industrial belt + cross-border e-commerce". The advantages of cross-border e-commerce industrial belts such as home textiles, labor protection products, power tools, and fitness equipment are obvious.

在产业推介会上，海门家纺、如东劳护用品、启东电动工具、崇川体育用品等国家级/省级外贸转型升级基地负责人分别介绍了各自产业优势和发展规划。

At the industrial promotion conference, the heads of national/provincial foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases such as Haimen home textiles, Rudong labor protection products, Qidong power tools, and Chongchuan sports goods introduced their respective industrial advantages and development plans.

随着跨境电商产业蓬勃发展，人才缺口日益扩大。本次大会特别举办跨境人才双选对接会，搭建政、校、企三位一体的成长桥梁。

With the vigorous development of the cross-border e-commerce industry, the talent gap is expanding. This conference specially held a cross-border talent matching meeting to build a trinity growth bridge for government, schools and enterprises.

南通市商务局副局长左晓明表示："希望通过本次对接会，促进院校与商协会、跨境电商企业深入合作，共同培养优秀跨境电商人才。"

At the talent matching conference, many high-quality enterprises provided numerous job opportunities for fresh graduates and college students.
