On February 1, Adidas, represented by SMG Law Firm, filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Florida. A TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) has been approved, and notices have been sent to multiple platforms, including Amazon, Wish, Joom, and DHgate, targeting 445 stores.
