湘潭市贸促会开启外贸新手培训 助力"潭品出海"战略
湘潭在线6月17日讯（湘潭日报社全媒体记者武慧）6月16日，湘潭市贸促会成功举办"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会（第一季）开班仪式。
The opening ceremony of the first season of "Xiangtan Products Going Global - Here I Come" foreign trade training program was successfully held by Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council on June 16.
本次培训吸引了全市28家企业的50余名外贸新手参加，培训内容包括集中授课和外贸企业实地观摩。市贸促会特别聘请了8位国际商务专家作为导师，现场与学员结对指导。
The training attracted over 50 beginners from 28 local enterprises, featuring both classroom lectures and field observations at foreign trade companies. The council appointed 8 international business experts as mentors to provide one-on-one guidance.
湘潭市贸促会负责人表示，此次培训是应众多外贸企业的需求而策划的，原计划30人的培训规模最终突破至50人。培训将分三期进行，旨在为外贸新手提供入门技能培训。
The training program was designed in response to local enterprises' demand for talent cultivation. Originally planned for 30 participants, it eventually exceeded 50 attendees. The three-phase program aims to provide basic skills training for foreign trade beginners.
在开班仪式上，湖南科技大学副教授向志国等8位专家被聘为首批导师。向教授以"打开出口贸易大门应做好的'五知一备'"为题，详细讲解了外贸基础知识。
At the opening ceremony, 8 experts including Professor Xiang Zhiguo from Hunan University of Science and Technology were appointed as the first batch of mentors. Professor Xiang delivered a keynote speech titled "Five Knowledges and One Preparation for Export Trade".
市贸促会提出"四个一"帮扶计划：一次培训、一次观摩、一个导师和一个平台（湖南企业国际化经营服务平台EHN），旨在帮助新老外贸企业提升业绩。
The council proposed a "Four Ones" support plan: one training session, one observation tour, one mentor and one platform (EHN - Hunan Enterprise Internationalization Service Platform), aiming to boost performance for both new and established foreign trade enterprises.
培训首日，学员们还实地参观了湖南凯利特泵业有限公司和湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心，学习企业外贸实践经验。
On the first day, participants visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Cross-border E-commerce Service Center to learn practical foreign trade experience.
