Xinhua News Agency, Taiyuan, March 6 (Reporter Wang Feihang) According to the latest news from Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, to promote the opening-up and transformation of Shanxi's fruit industry, Shanxi will invest 3.704 billion yuan to build a fruit export platform in Yuncheng, marking an important step in the internationalization strategy of China's fruit industry.
近年来，山西水果特别是运城水果持续出口至"一带一路"沿线国家和地区。2015年，运城苹果代表中国首次出口美国；2016年，运城油桃又代表中国首次出口澳大利亚；2017年，吉县苹果出口美国和澳大利亚，标志着山西水果已具备通向世界高端市场的质量与技术标准。
In recent years, Shanxi fruits, especially those from Yuncheng, have been continuously exported to countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". In 2015, Yuncheng apples were exported to the United States for the first time on behalf of China; in 2016, Yuncheng nectarines were exported to Australia for the first time on behalf of China; in 2017, Jixian apples were exported to the United States and Australia, indicating that Shanxi fruits have met the quality and technical standards required for the world's high-end markets.
山西省农业厅相关负责人表示，自2011年以来，山西水果出口量以年均50%以上的速度递增，目前果品出口量和出口额占山西农产品出口的82%以上。
According to relevant officials from Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, since 2011, Shanxi's fruit exports have grown at an average annual rate of more than 50%, and currently account for more than 82% of the province's total agricultural exports in terms of both volume and value.
平台建设规划：山西省政府办公厅近日印发了《山西运城水果出口平台建设规划》，计划投资37.04亿元，构建山西运城水果出口平台。按照规划，山西省将构建"一体两翼"的运城水果出口平台。
Platform Construction Plan: The General Office of Shanxi Provincial Government recently issued the "Construction Plan for Shanxi Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform", planning to invest 3.704 billion yuan to build the platform. According to the plan, Shanxi will build a "one body, two wings" fruit export platform in Yuncheng.
其中"一体"即打造"平台"主体，将运城、临汾打造成全国重要的绿色果品生产与出口基地；"两翼"则是构建完善的农产品出口检验检疫体系和专业化的综合服务体系。
The "one body" refers to building the main body of the platform, turning Yuncheng and Linfen into nationally important green fruit production and export bases; the "two wings" refer to establishing a complete agricultural product export inspection and quarantine system and a professional comprehensive service system.
发展目标：到2020年，运城、临汾两市水果出口量达到50万吨；到2025年，出口量达到100万吨。为实现这一目标，山西将在京津冀、长三角、珠三角等区域建设运城、临汾果品主销区，并在天津、青岛等边境口岸城市重点开设针对外商采购的直销窗口。
Development Goals: By 2020, the fruit export volume of Yuncheng and Linfen will reach 500,000 tons; by 2025, the export volume will reach 1 million tons. To achieve this goal, Shanxi will establish main sales areas for Yuncheng and Linfen fruits in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other regions, and set up direct sales windows for foreign buyers in border port cities such as Tianjin and Qingdao.
