一、新工艺白茶的两大类别
1. Two Major Categories of New Process White Tea
如今在市面上被称为新工艺白茶的主要为两类：一种是在原传统白茶的制作工序基础上加入了新的工艺；一种是将传统白茶成品进行新工艺的再加工。
Currently in the market, new process white tea is mainly divided into two categories: one adds new processes to the original traditional white tea production process; the other reprocesses traditional white tea products with new techniques.
二、第一类新工艺白茶
2. The First Category of New Process White Tea
这类新工艺白茶是为了满足香港、澳门地区的消费需要，于1968年由福鼎白琳茶厂王亦森先生团队研发而成。主要是在传统白茶的制作基础上加入了轻微的揉捻环节，使得茶多酚的氧化更加迅速而深刻。
This type of new process white tea was developed in 1968 by Mr. Wang Yisen's team at Fuding Bailin Tea Factory to meet the consumption needs of Hong Kong and Macau. It mainly adds a slight rolling process to the traditional white tea production, making the oxidation of tea polyphenols faster and more profound.
品质特征：
Quality Characteristics:
- 外形：叶张略有皱褶，呈半卷条形
- Appearance: Slightly wrinkled leaves in semi-rolled strips
- 色泽：暗绿带褐
- Color: Dark green with brown
- 香气：淡淡花香兼甜香
- Aroma: Light floral with sweet notes
- 口感：浓醇清甘
- Taste: Rich, mellow and sweet
三、第二类新工艺白茶
3. The Second Category of New Process White Tea
主要为两种：紧压茶和金花白茶。
Mainly includes two types: compressed tea and golden flower white tea.
1. 紧压茶
1. Compressed Tea
仿效普洱茶的压制工艺，用来减轻白茶巨大库存压力而产生的一种再加工茶类。主要有茶饼、茶砖、茶球等各种形状。
Imitating the compression process of Pu'er tea, it is a reprocessed tea category created to reduce the huge inventory pressure of white tea. Mainly includes various shapes such as tea cakes, tea bricks, and tea balls.
2. 金花白茶
2. Golden Flower White Tea
含有冠突散囊菌的茶叶产品，能分泌淀粉酶和氧化酶，使茶叶汤色变红，消除粗青味，在口味上更加醇和爽口，甜滑回甘。
A tea product containing Eurotium cristatum, which can secrete amylase and oxidase, making the tea soup color redder, eliminating rough green taste, and making the taste more mellow, refreshing, sweet and smooth with a lingering sweetness.
四、选购建议
4. Purchasing Suggestions
对于十年以上的老白茶饼要格外小心鉴别；金花白茶具有独特的保健功效，但市场接受度尚有限。
Be especially careful when identifying white tea cakes over ten years old; Golden Flower white tea has unique health benefits but still has limited market acceptance.
