安化黑茶首次出口欧盟 湖南茶产业迎来新机遇

Anhua Dark Tea Exported to EU for First Time, New Opportunities for Hunan Tea Industry

华声在线12月9日讯（全媒体记者 黄婷婷 通讯员 彭晓霞 江紫薇）8日，经长沙海关所属益阳海关检验合格，1600公斤安化天尖黑茶启程运往法国。这是黑茶"新护照"启用后，湖南黑茶首次出口欧盟。

Huasheng Online, December 9th (Reporter Huang Tingting, Correspondents Peng Xiaoxia & Jiang Ziwei) On the 8th, after passing inspection by Yiyang Customs under Changsha Customs, 1,600 kg of Anhua Tianjian Dark Tea was shipped to France. This marks the first export of Hunan dark tea to the EU since the implementation of the "new passport" for dark tea.

今年1至11月，湖南出口黑茶约240吨，同比增长近1倍。出口商湖南浩茗茶业食品有限公司总经理昌智才介绍，天尖茶采用谷雨时节的鲜叶加工而成，色泽乌黑、汤色黄亮，是黑茶中的高等级产品。

From January to November this year, Hunan exported approximately 240 tons of dark tea, nearly doubling year-on-year. Chang Zhicai, general manager of exporter Hunan Haoming Tea Food Co., Ltd., introduced that Tianjian tea is processed from fresh leaves harvested during the Grain Rain season, featuring dark color and bright yellow infusion, representing a premium grade in dark tea products.

欧盟市场对茶叶的质量要求严格。为保障该批黑茶顺利出口，海关帮助搜集欧盟相关检测标准，督促企业提前送样给欧盟第三方公司检测，合格后再正式以黑茶税则子目申报出口。

The EU market has strict quality requirements for tea. To ensure smooth export of this batch, customs authorities assisted in collecting EU testing standards and urged the company to submit samples to EU third-party testing agencies in advance. Formal export under the new dark tea tariff subheading only proceeded after passing these tests.

去年1月1日起，进出口税则号列新增黑茶子目。为助推湖南黑茶扩大出口，今年长沙海关专门出台《推动安化黑茶出口若干措施》，成立工作专班，选取有代表性的黑茶企业和备案基地"一对一"走访调研，收集出口需求，制定帮扶措施。

Since January 1st last year, a new tariff subheading for dark tea was added. To promote Hunan dark tea exports, Changsha Customs this year issued "Several Measures to Promote Anhua Dark Tea Exports", establishing special task forces to conduct one-on-one research with representative dark tea enterprises and registered bases, collecting export demands and formulating support measures.

出口商表示，根据欧盟客商要求，公司目前正积极开发袋装黑茶等新产品，有望进一步扩大对欧出口。

The exporter stated that according to EU customer requirements, the company is actively developing new products like bagged dark tea, which is expected to further expand exports to Europe.
