在近期举行的第29届中国华东进出口商品交易会(华交会)上,中国检验认证集团中检溯源江苏公司总经理沈军分享了这个真实案例,揭示了跨境电商产品溯源领域存在的严重问题。
At the recent 29th East China Fair, Shen Jun, General Manager of CCIC Traceability Jiangsu, shared this real case, exposing serious issues in cross-border e-commerce product traceability.
溯源现状:目前跨境电商溯源体系仍处于摸索阶段,存在以下突出问题:

- 溯源接口不统一,企业自建系统为主
- Inconsistent traceability interfaces, mainly relying on self-built systems
- 信息不完整,缺少产地、流向等关键数据
- Incomplete information, lacking key data like origin and flow
- 52.4%消费者遭遇过假货或真假混卖问题
- 52.4% of consumers encountered counterfeit or mixed products
《电子商务法》实施后,平台对假货承担连带责任,使得第三方溯源需求激增。沈军表示:"第三方溯源就像检测机构一样,正成为重要的中立验证方。"
After the implementation of the E-commerce Law, platforms bear joint liability for counterfeits, leading to surging demand for third-party traceability. Shen noted: "Third-party traceability, like testing agencies, is becoming a crucial neutral validator."

CCIC Traceability has developed data analysis methods for products like Yangcheng Lake crabs, and is building luxury goods traceability models. Shen stressed: "Origin traceability requires annual certification to ensure data authenticity."
随着消费者维权意识增强和法规完善,权威第三方溯源将成为跨境电商健康发展的关键保障。上述红酒案例中,代理商最终因溯源结果取消了合作意向。
With growing consumer awareness and regulatory improvements, authoritative third-party traceability will be key to healthy cross-border e-commerce development. In the wine case, the agent ultimately canceled the cooperation based on traceability findings.
