沈阳跨境电商交易额同比增长26.2%：不出国门参与全球贸易
近年来，跨境电商作为发展速度快、潜力大的外贸新业态，正在成为加快外贸创新发展的重要力量。In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a fast-growing and high-potential new form of foreign trade, becoming an important force in accelerating innovation in foreign trade.
记者从市商务局了解到，2024年1-10月沈阳跨境电商交易额实现同比增长26.2%。According to the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Shenyang's cross-border e-commerce trade volume achieved a 26.2% year-on-year growth from January to October 2024.
跨境电商新业态培育方面，沈阳市制定了《沈阳市跨境电子商务新业态培育制度》，并出台东北地区首个跨境电商地方行业标准。In terms of cultivating new cross-border e-commerce formats, Shenyang has formulated the "Shenyang Cross-border E-commerce New Format Cultivation System" and issued the first local industry standard for cross-border e-commerce in Northeast China.
目前全市已有7个市级以上跨境电商产业园区，其中3个获得省级认定称号。Currently, there are 7 cross-border e-commerce industrial parks at or above the municipal level in the city, 3 of which have received provincial-level recognition.
人才培育方面，沈阳在7所高校开设跨境电子商务专业，在校生人数已超900人。In terms of talent cultivation, Shenyang has established cross-border e-commerce majors in 7 universities, with over 900 students enrolled.
消费体验方面，"万通万疆"免关税体验店实现了"即买快放立等可取"的海关便捷监管购物模式。Regarding consumer experience, the "Wantong Wanjing" duty-free experience store has implemented a convenient customs-supervised shopping model of "buy now, release fast, and take away immediately".
数据显示，2020-2023年，全市跨境电商交易额实现增长14倍。Statistics show that from 2020 to 2023, the city's cross-border e-commerce trade volume achieved a 14-fold increase.
沈阳已成为东北地区跨境电商发展建设领先城市。Shenyang has become a leading city in cross-border e-commerce development in Northeast China.
