欧盟授权代表（European Authorised Representative）是指由位于欧洲经济区EEA（包括EU与EFTA）境外的制造商明确指定的一个自然人或法人，代表制造商履行欧盟相关指令和法律要求的特定职责。

An EU Authorized Representative refers to a natural or legal person explicitly designated by manufacturers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to fulfill specific obligations required by EU directives and laws.

根据ProdSG第6章规定，制造商必须在产品上标注名称和联系地址。如果制造商不在欧洲经济区，则需要提供欧洲经济区内授权人或进口商的名称和联系地址。

According to ProdSG Chapter 6, manufacturers must label products with name and contact address. For manufacturers outside EEA, they must provide the name and contact address of an authorized person or importer within EEA.
