To implement the central government's deployment on coordinating epidemic prevention and economic development, the Fujian Branch of SAFE has advocated focusing on SMEs' exchange rate risk management. ICBC Fujian Branch actively responded by providing comprehensive financial support through blockchain applications, promoting exchange rate risk neutrality, and facilitating cross-border settlements.

2021年5月，工商银行福建省分行作为首批试点银行，成功通过跨境金融区块链服务平台为泉州某出口鞋企办理1375万美元信保保单融资。该平台实现贸易单证真实性自动核验，将传统3-5天的业务流程缩短至"一键式"操作。
