北京10月24日电 - 商务部国际贸易谈判代表兼副部长王受文今日在国务院新闻办发布会上宣布，中国跨境电商贸易伙伴已实现全球覆盖，成为全球跨境电商生态链最完善的国家之一。

Beijing, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) - Wang Shouwen, China's International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce, announced at a press conference today that China's cross-border e-commerce trade partners have achieved global coverage, making it one of the countries with the most complete cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in the world.

• 2023年1-9月跨境电商进出口额达1.7万亿元，同比增长14.4%
• Jan-Sept 2023 cross-border e-commerce import-export volume reached 1.7 trillion yuan, up 14.4% YoY
• 占同期货物贸易进出口比重从2015年的1%提升至5.5%
• Share in total goods trade increased from 1% in 2015 to 5.5%
• 2022年可数字化交付服务贸易规模2.51万亿元，全球第五
• 2022 digitally deliverable service trade reached 2.51 trillion yuan, ranking 5th globally

数字贸易双轮驱动

王受文指出，数字贸易可分为两大类型：

1. 数字交付贸易
以数据为交易对象，2022年规模达2.51万亿元

1. Digitally delivered trade
Featuring data as trading object, reaching 2.51 trillion yuan in 2022

2. 数字订购贸易
以跨境电商货物交易为主，2022年进出口额创2.11万亿元新高

2. Digitally ordered trade
Mainly cross-border goods trade, hitting record 2.11 trillion yuan in 2022

数字经济发展强劲

Robust Digital Economy Growth

支撑数字贸易发展的基础数据同样亮眼：

• 2022年数字经济规模50.2万亿元，占GDP41.5%
• 2022 digital economy reached 50.2 trillion yuan, accounting for 41.5% of GDP
• 数据产量8.1ZB，全球占比10.5%居世界第二
• Data output 8.1ZB, ranking 2nd globally with 10.5% share
• 网民规模10.79亿，互联网普及率76.4%
• Internet users 1.079 billion with 76.4% penetration rate

王受文特别强调，中国在人工智能、物联网、量子信息领域的发明专利授权量均居世界首位，在全球创新指数排名第11位。

Wang particularly emphasized that China leads the world in invention patent authorizations in AI, IoT and quantum information, ranking 11th in the Global Innovation Index.

此次发布会是为介绍即将举办的第二届全球数字贸易博览会情况，浙江省副省长卢山、杭州市市长姚高员等共同出席。

The press conference was held to introduce the upcoming 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo, with participation from Zhejiang Vice Governor Lu Shan and Hangzhou Mayor Yao Gaoyuan.
