淘宝出海战略全面升级:全行业商家可享全球包邮服务

9月24日,淘天集团宣布将"大服饰全球包邮计划"全面升级为"淘宝天猫出海增长计划"。这一战略升级意味着平台从原先仅限服饰类目扩展至全行业商家均可参与。
According to Taotian Group's announcement on September 24, the "Global Free Shipping for Fashion" program has been upgraded to the "Taobao Tmall Global Growth Initiative". This strategic expansion opens the program to merchants across all industries, not just fashion.
该项目采用平台招商+国际物流的运营模式:淘宝天猫负责商家招募,阿里国际则提供海外物流和用户运营支持。平台将直接为海外消费者提供包邮服务,并通过邮费补贴降低商家成本。
The program adopts an integrated operation model: Taobao Tmall handles merchant recruitment while Alibaba International provides logistics and customer operations support. The platform offers free shipping to overseas consumers with shipping subsidies to reduce merchant costs.
数据显示,自7月中旬推出服饰行业试点以来,参与商家取得了显著成效:• 部分商家单日海外订单增长近500倍 • 海外交易占比最高达50%以上 • 实现"0退货、0退款、0运费险"的优异表现
Data shows remarkable results since the fashion pilot launched in mid-July: • Some merchants saw 500x daily order growth • Overseas transactions reached over 50% of total sales • Achieved "0 returns, 0 refunds, 0 shipping insurance" performance
此次战略升级后,美妆母婴、3C数码、运动户外、家居潮玩、小家电等多个行业的商家均可通过平台"一键出海",快速拓展海外市场。淘宝表示这将帮助商家建立海外增长第二曲线。
With this upgrade, merchants in beauty & baby care, 3C electronics, sports & outdoors, home decor, and small appliances can now "go global with one click". Taobao states this will help merchants establish their second growth curve in overseas markets.
