Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council Launches "Tanpin Going Global" Training Program to Help Enterprises Expand International Markets
湘潭6月17日电 - 湘潭市贸促会近日启动了"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训项目，旨在为当地企业培养外贸人才，推动"潭品出海"战略实施。
Xiangtan, June 17 - The Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council recently launched the "Tanpin Going Global" training program for foreign trade beginners, aiming to cultivate international trade talents for local enterprises and promote the "Tanpin Going Global" strategy.
本次培训活动吸引了湘潭市28家企业的50余名外贸新手参与。贸促会特别聘请了8位国际商务专家担任导师，包括湖南科技大学副教授向志国和湖南信诺颜料科技董事长汤上等资深专业人士。
The training program attracted over 50 foreign trade beginners from 28 enterprises in Xiangtan. The council specially appointed 8 international business experts as mentors, including Associate Professor Xiang Zhiguo from Hunan University of Science and Technology and Tang Shang, Chairman of Hunan Sinnorery Technology.
培训内容涵盖国际贸易基础知识、市场分析、客户开发、业务流程等核心领域。向志国教授在首期培训中重点讲解了"五知一备"方法论，包括：
Training content covers core areas such as basic knowledge of international trade, market analysis, customer development, and business processes. Professor Xiang Zhiguo emphasized the "Five Knowledges and One Preparation" methodology in the first session, including:
- 了解自身企业优势 (Know your company's advantages)
- 熟悉产品特性 (Know your products)
- 掌握目标市场 (Know your target markets)
- 理解客户需求 (Know your customers)
- 精通业务流程 (Know the business processes)
- 准备标准文书模板 (Prepare standard document templates)
湘潭市贸促会负责人表示，该项目将通过"四个一"模式为企业提供支持：一次系统培训、一次实地观摩、一位专属导师和一个交流平台。目标是帮助新企业完成首单外贸交易，助力成熟企业实现业务倍增。
The head of Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council stated that the program will support enterprises through the "Four Ones" model: one systematic training, one field observation, one dedicated mentor, and one communication platform. The goal is to help new enterprises complete their first foreign trade transaction and assist mature enterprises in achieving business multiplication.
培训首日，学员们还参观了湖南凯利特泵业有限公司和湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心，实地学习外贸企业运营经验。
On the first day of training, participants also visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd. and the Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Service Center of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone to learn practical operational experience from foreign trade enterprises.
此次培训是湘潭市贸促会"潭品出海"系列活动的第一季，后续还将举办两期培训，持续为当地外贸发展提供人才支持。
This training is the first season of the "Tanpin Going Global" series of activities by Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council. Two more sessions will follow to continuously provide talent support for local foreign trade development.
