安康毛绒玩具产业出口增长160% 小玩具成外贸新支柱

作为陕西安贝斯玩具科创有限公司旗下最大的加工厂，恒安玩具已成为当地毛绒玩具产业的龙头企业。入驻安康4年多来，安贝斯已带动上下游近百家配套企业落户，形成了完整的产业链闭环。2022年，公司出口额突破4000万美元，同比增长超50%。
"As the largest processing factory under Shaanxi Anbest Toy Technology Co., Ltd., Heng'an Toy has become a leading enterprise in the local plush toy industry. Since settling in Ankang over four years ago, Anbest has attracted nearly 100 supporting enterprises to form a complete industrial chain. In 2022, the company's export volume exceeded $40 million, with year-on-year growth of over 50%."
产业崛起：安康市抓住苏陕协作和东部产业转移机遇，大力发展毛绒玩具文创产业。经过5年发展，已形成从设计、原料到加工、销售的完整产业链。2022年，全市进出口总额达15.94亿元，同比增长166%，增速位居全省第二。
"Industry Rise: Ankang City seized opportunities from Jiangsu-Shaanxi cooperation and eastern industrial transfer to vigorously develop the plush toy cultural and creative industry. After five years of development, a complete industrial chain from design, raw materials to processing and sales has been formed. In 2022, the city's total import and export volume reached 1.594 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 166%, ranking second in the province in growth rate."
特别值得注意的是，工艺品和玩具出口达4.1亿元，同比激增160%。目前安康毛绒玩具日产能已达100万只，产品远销欧美、日韩、中东等80多个国家和地区，成为全国第四大毛绒玩具生产基地。
"Particularly noteworthy is that exports of crafts and toys reached 410 million yuan, a surge of 160% year-on-year. Currently, Ankang's daily production capacity of plush toys has reached 1 million pieces, with products exported to more than 80 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East, making it the fourth largest plush toy production base in China."
政策支持：安康市出台多项扶持政策，设立1亿元产业发展基金，近3年累计兑现各类补贴3.97亿元。2022年，全市毛绒玩具文创产业实现产值51.67亿元，增加值增长33.1%。
"Policy Support: Ankang City has introduced multiple support policies, established a 100 million yuan industrial development fund, and cumulatively implemented various subsidies totaling 397 million yuan in the past three years. In 2022, the output value of the city's plush toy cultural and creative industry reached 5.167 billion yuan, with value-added growth of 33.1%."
为帮助企业开拓国际市场，安康市商务局组织企业参加各类国际展会，与多所高校开展产教融合合作，并引导企业入驻京东、阿里巴巴、亚马逊等电商平台试水跨境电商。
"To help enterprises explore international markets, the Ankang Commerce Bureau organized enterprises to participate in various international exhibitions, carried out industry-education integration cooperation with multiple universities, and guided enterprises to settle on e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Alibaba and Amazon to try cross-border e-commerce."
物流优化：随着安康保税物流中心(B型)建设推进、"安西欧"中欧班列常态化开行以及"无水港"建设启动，企业出口物流成本平均下降40%。安贝斯公司还计划投资5亿元建设文创产业园，预计建成后年出口额将超5000万美元。
"Logistics Optimization: With the construction of Ankang Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), the regular operation of 'Ankang-Xi'an-Europe' China-Europe freight trains and the launch of 'dry port' construction, enterprises' export logistics costs have decreased by an average of 40%. Anbest Company also plans to invest 500 million yuan to build a cultural and creative industrial park, with expected annual exports exceeding $50 million after completion."
