中山灯饰出口增长9.2%：数字化转型加固产业竞争力
2024年1-4月，中山灯具、照明装置及其零件出口同比增长9.2%，外贸已成为当地灯饰照明企业突破发展的新路径。以"中国灯饰之都"古镇镇为中心，一场生产端的智能化变革正在中小工厂中兴起。
In the first four months of 2024, Zhongshan's exports of lamps and lighting equipment grew by 9.2% year-on-year, with foreign trade becoming a new development path for local lighting enterprises. Centered around Guzhen Town, known as "China's Lighting Capital", an intelligent transformation in production is emerging among small and medium-sized factories.

Zhongshan's lighting industry cluster once struggled with low-price competition due to limited technological content. Against the backdrop of industry-wide decline, digital transformation has become essential for industrial upgrading. However, SMEs face challenges including weak transformation awareness and insufficient funding.
2023年，中山成功申报广东省中小企业数字化转型城市试点，获得专项资金支持。古镇灯饰文化传播有限公司董事长曹利晖表示："发展新质生产力需要加固传统产业'底座'，实现创新链与产业链的融合。"
In 2023, Zhongshan successfully applied to become a Guangdong SME Digital Transformation Pilot City, obtaining special funding support. Cao Lihui, Chairman of Guzhen Lighting Culture Communication Co., stated: "Developing new quality productive forces requires strengthening the 'foundation' of traditional industries and achieving integration between innovation and industrial chains."
中山市工信局引进了中软国际、东方国信、西门子等龙头企业，推动AIoT技术在家电、灯饰产业的智能化改造。同时鼓励核心企业发挥"头雁效应"，向产业链中小企业推广数字化经验。
The Zhongshan Industry and Information Technology Bureau has introduced leading enterprises including Chinasoft International, Eastcompeace, and Siemens to promote AIoT technology applications in home appliances and lighting. It also encourages core enterprises to play a "leading goose effect" by sharing digital experiences with SMEs in the industrial chain.
广东鸿雁照明科技有限公司总经理陈主红表示："2024年公司智慧照明产品销售额目标增长100%。"这体现了中山灯饰企业通过产品智能化提升价值的转型路径。
Chen Zhuhong, General Manager of Guangdong Hongyan Lighting Technology Co., said: "Our company aims for 100% sales growth in smart lighting products in 2024." This reflects Zhongshan lighting enterprises' transformation path of enhancing value through product intelligence.
专家认为，产业转型是"快的淘汰慢的，大的淘汰小的"过程。中山灯饰产业正通过数字化和智能化改造，从"中国制造"向"中国智造"转型升级。
Experts believe industrial transformation follows the principle of "the fast replacing the slow, the large replacing the small". Zhongshan's lighting industry is transforming from "Made in China" to "Intelligent Manufacturing in China" through digital and intelligent upgrades.
