付款后不到半小时,接到一个莫名其妙的电话:"听说你下了样板单?你对我们公司了解多少?"对方像审犯人一样盘问我,甚至要求我重复提供公司信息。

Less than half an hour after payment, I received a bizarre phone call: "I heard you placed a sample order? How much do you know about our company?" The person interrogated me like a criminal, even demanding that I repeatedly provide company information.

当我表示这些问题已与业务员确认过时,对方竟说:"你能跟她说怎么不能跟我说?"最终我愤怒地表示要么做样板要么退款,对方直接挂断了电话。

When I said these issues had already been confirmed with the salesperson, the person actually said: "Why can you talk to her but not me?" Finally I angrily said either make the sample or refund, and the other party simply hung up.

03 拖延与欺骗的结局

虽然预感不妙,但想着既然收了钱应该会做样板。然而一周后询问进度时,业务员竟说最近很忙没空生产,要求再等一周。当我要求退款时,对方开始各种推诿。

Although I had a bad feeling, I thought since they took the money they should make the sample. But when I inquired about progress a week later, the salesperson actually said they were too busy to produce it recently and asked to wait another week. When I requested a refund, they started making all kinds of excuses.

2013年写这篇文章时,那家公司还在找各种理由拖延退款。经过不懈抗争,拖了很久才拿回钱。搞笑的是,4年后他们竟又给我发开发信,似乎完全忘记了这件事!

When I wrote this article in 2013, that company was still finding various excuses to delay the refund. After persistent fighting, it took a long time to get the money back. Ironically, 4 years later they actually sent me a development email again, as if they had completely forgotten about this incident!

现在查这家公司的记录,果然"战功赫赫":国内外官司一大堆。所以当你不够强大时,该忍则忍,但一定要记住这些教训。等到壮大之后,有仇报仇,有怨报怨!

Now checking this company's record, it's indeed "glorious": lots of domestic and international lawsuits. So when you're not strong enough, endure when you must, but be sure to remember these lessons. When you become strong enough, settle scores as deserved!
