东营海关助力轮胎产业加速出口中亚五国 前4月出口量增长66.6%
爱东营讯 - 近年来，在共建"一带一路"倡议合作框架下，我国与中亚国家互联互通合作稳步推进。作为东营市支柱产业之一的轮胎产业，在海关部门的大力支持下，正成为对中亚五国贸易的"排头兵"。
Recent years have witnessed steady progress in connectivity cooperation between China and Central Asian countries under the Belt and Road Initiative. As one of Dongying's pillar industries, the tire sector has become a "spearhead" in trade with five Central Asian countries with strong support from customs authorities.
为帮助企业应对中亚市场技术性贸易壁垒，东营海关创新性地组建了轮胎技贸措施专家团队，建立了完善的轮胎法规标准数据库，并通过专业培训提升企业应对能力。
To help enterprises tackle technical trade barriers in Central Asian markets, Dongying Customs innovatively established an expert team on tire technical trade measures, built a comprehensive tire regulation standards database, and enhanced corporate capabilities through professional training.
海关部门采取多项务实举措：
- 与地方政府建立联动机制，实时监测市场动态
- 发挥保税政策优势，推进轮胎行业管理改革
- 建立关企联络机制，指导企业用好优惠政策
- 实施"网上审批+大手册"等便利化措施
The customs department has implemented multiple practical measures:
- Establishing coordination mechanisms with local governments to monitor market trends
- Leveraging bonded policy advantages to promote management reform
- Creating enterprise communication channels to maximize policy benefits
- Implementing facilitation measures like "online approval + bulk manual"
数据显示，今年1-4月，东营企业向中亚五国出口轮胎123.8万条，同比大幅增长66.6%；出口货值达3.01亿元，同比增长49.9%，展现强劲发展势头。
Statistics show that from January to April this year, Dongying enterprises exported 1.238 million tires to five Central Asian countries, a remarkable 66.6% year-on-year increase, with export value reaching 301 million yuan, up 49.9%, demonstrating strong growth momentum.
