According to corporate registration information, the company was established on December 25, 2014 with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. The sole shareholder is Google Ireland Holdings, and the legal representative is WILLIAM ANTHONY FARRIS.
公司经营范围包括：信息技术开发、转让和咨询；计算机软件开发；系统集成；以及软件产品的批发和进出口业务。
The business scope covers: IT technology development, transfer and consulting; computer software development; system integration; and wholesale/import-export of software products.
