2. CA数字证书办理 | CA digital certificate application
线上申请后3-5个工作日可取得，建议供应商预留合理办理时间。

3. 投标文件查看 | Bidding document viewing
若文件获取地点是阳光平台，需先缴纳电子交易服务费，使用"投标文件编制工具"查看。
If the document acquisition location is the Sunshine Platform, you need to pay the electronic transaction service fee first and use the "Bidding Document Preparation Tool" to view it.
