今年以来，国家税务总局烟台市芝罘区税务局聚焦更好服务市场主体发展、提升跨境贸易办税便利化程度。
Since the beginning of this year, the Yantai Zhifu District Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration has focused on better serving market entities and improving the convenience of cross-border trade tax handling.

在企业资料报送、办税流程和企业负担等方面多做"减法"，在优服务、增便利、促发展上多做"加法"，持续深入推进出口退（免）税无纸化单证备案。
By making more "subtractions" in enterprise document submission, tax handling processes and corporate burdens, while making more "additions" in service optimization, convenience enhancement and development promotion, the bureau has continuously advanced the paperless documentation for export tax rebates (exemptions).
