湖南外贸半年报:出口增长37%,RCEP成效显著
华声在线7月15日讯 - 湖南省政府新闻办今日发布2022年上半年外贸"成绩单",数据显示全省外贸进出口呈现强劲增长态势,区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)政策红利逐步释放。
July 15, Hunan Daily - The Hunan Provincial Government Information Office released the foreign trade report for the first half of 2022 today, showing strong growth in import and export. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement has begun to yield notable benefits.
据海关统计,2022年上半年,湖南进出口总值达3255.4亿元,同比增长25.2%。其中出口2385.9亿元,增长37%;进口869.5亿元,增长1.3%。
Customs statistics show that in the first half of 2022, Hunan's total import and export value reached 325.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.2%. Exports totaled 238.59 billion yuan, up 37%, while imports reached 86.95 billion yuan, up 1.3%.
主要贸易伙伴:
东盟和"一带一路"沿线国家成为推动湖南外贸增长的主要力量。1-6月,湖南对东盟进出口692.7亿元,占进出口总值的21.3%。对RCEP其他14个成员国进出口增长36.2%。
Major Trading Partners:
ASEAN countries and those along the Belt and Road have become the main drivers of Hunan's foreign trade growth. From January to June, Hunan's trade with ASEAN reached 69.27 billion yuan, accounting for 21.3% of the total import and export value. Trade with other 14 RCEP member countries grew by 36.2%.
重点进出口产品:
日本是湖南RCEP项下最大签证目的国和进口享惠来源国。主要进口享惠产品包括橡胶、树脂、发动机及汽车零部件;主要出口享惠产品包括鞋靴、金属制品、化工产品、烟花爆竹和灯具等。
Key Import & Export Products:
Japan is the largest visa destination country and preferential import source country for Hunan under RCEP. Major preferential import products include rubber, resin, engines and auto parts; main preferential export products include footwear, metal products, chemicals, fireworks and lighting.
特色农产品表现亮眼:
1-6月湖南供港蔬菜增长50.7%,出口活大猪增长超五成,黑茶出口增长3.6倍。民营企业作为进出口主力军,贡献率达109.9%。
Outstanding Performance of Specialty Agricultural Products:
From January to June, Hunan's vegetable exports to Hong Kong increased by 50.7%, live pig exports grew by more than 50%, and dark tea exports surged 3.6 times. Private enterprises, as the main force in import and export, contributed 109.9%.
长沙海关副关长徐晓捷表示,下一步将持续优化口岸营商环境,保障产业链供应链循环畅通,助力湖南打造内陆地区改革开放高地。
Xu Xiaojie, Deputy Director of Changsha Customs, stated that the next step will focus on continuously optimizing the port business environment, ensuring smooth industrial and supply chains, and helping Hunan build itself into a highland of reform and opening up in inland areas.
