四川外贸前8月突破6000亿元 "新三样"出口激增61.3%
川观新闻消息 - 根据成都海关最新统计数据，2023年1-8月四川省实现货物贸易进出口总值6022.9亿元，继续稳居全国第八位。其中出口3826.8亿元，进口2196.1亿元。
Chengdu, China - According to the latest statistics from Chengdu Customs, Sichuan Province achieved a total import and export value of 602.29 billion yuan in the first eight months of 2023, maintaining its eighth position nationwide. Exports reached 382.68 billion yuan while imports stood at 219.61 billion yuan.
数据显示，8月单月四川进出口755.5亿元，环比增长9.2%。其中出口环比增长7.1%至448.3亿元，进口环比增长12.4%至307.2亿元。
The data shows that in August alone, Sichuan's import and export volume reached 75.55 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of 9.2%. Exports grew 7.1% month-on-month to 44.83 billion yuan, while imports rose 12.4% to 30.72 billion yuan.
民营企业表现亮眼，前8个月进出口2723.6亿元，同比增长26.6%，占全省外贸总值的45.2%，比重较去年同期提升12个百分点。
Private enterprises showed outstanding performance, with import and export volume reaching 272.36 billion yuan in the first eight months, a year-on-year increase of 26.6%, accounting for 45.2% of the province's total foreign trade value, 12 percentage points higher than the same period last year.
外贸新业态快速发展，市场采购出口同比增长30%达195.5亿元，对外承包工程出口增长36.4%至26.7亿元。
New foreign trade formats developed rapidly, with market procurement exports increasing by 30% year-on-year to 19.55 billion yuan, and contracted project exports growing 36.4% to 2.67 billion yuan.
新兴市场开拓成效显著：对"一带一路"共建国家进出口2548亿元，占比达42.3%；对非洲进出口增长21.3%；对新加入金砖国家的沙特、埃及、阿联酋分别增长38.7%、29%和4.7%。
Remarkable achievements in emerging markets: Import and export with countries along the "Belt and Road" reached 254.8 billion yuan, accounting for 42.3%; trade with Africa grew by 21.3%; trade with new BRICS members Saudi Arabia, Egypt and UAE increased by 38.7%, 29% and 4.7% respectively.
绿色产业成为新增长点："新三样"产品（电动载人汽车、太阳能电池、锂离子蓄电池）出口109.5亿元，同比增长61.3%；锂电材料出口表现突出，氢氧化锂出口增长1.1倍。
Green industries become new growth drivers: Exports of "new three" products (electric passenger vehicles, solar cells, and lithium-ion batteries) reached 10.95 billion yuan, up 61.3% year-on-year; lithium battery materials performed exceptionally well, with lithium hydroxide exports doubling.
消费品进口持续回暖，7-8月连续两月增长超70%，其中乘用车进口增长79.9%。资源类产品进口大幅增长，锂矿石进口增长131%，煤炭增长49.6%。
Consumer goods imports continued to recover, with growth exceeding 70% for two consecutive months from July to August, including a 79.9% increase in passenger vehicle imports. Imports of resource products grew significantly, with lithium ore up 131% and coal up 49.6%.
