Beijing - As the "Double 11" shopping festival reaches its peak, cross-border e-commerce has hit its annual business high. Beijing Customs data shows that from October 31 to November 9, cross-border e-commerce retail import and export orders reached 196,000, demonstrating strong market vitality.
分拣员们忙碌地穿梭于仓库之间，数十辆卡车排队等待卸货，流水线上货物有序流转。跨境电商"买全球、卖全球"的贸易模式，为经济高质量发展注入了新动能。

进口业务表现亮眼
Strong Performance in Imports
数据显示，跨境电商零售进口清单超16万票，金额超5000万元人民币。美妆、护肤产品等成为最受欢迎的进口商品。高级护肤品和酒水类商品销售增长尤为显著。
Data shows cross-border e-commerce retail import orders exceeded 160,000, with a value exceeding 50 million yuan. Cosmetics and skincare products were the most popular imported goods. High-end skincare products and alcoholic beverages showed particularly significant sales growth.
"我们实现了秒级通关放行，"王府井免税品数字零售公司物流总监张玉表示，"京津地区可实现次日达，全国72小时内签收率超92%。"
"We've achieved second-level customs clearance," said Zhang Yu, Logistics Director of Wangfujing Duty-Free Digital Retail. "Next-day delivery is available in Beijing-Tianjin area, with over 92% national delivery completion within 72 hours."
出口业务大幅增长

与往年不同，今年国内外促销同步进行，带动跨境电商出口业务激增。北京海关验放的零售出口清单同比增长36倍，金额增长57倍，主要出口商品为服装和饰品。
Unlike previous years, synchronized domestic and international promotions this year drove a surge in cross-border e-commerce exports. Beijing Customs processed retail export orders showing a 36-fold increase in volume and 57-fold increase in value year-on-year, mainly clothing and accessories.
天竺保税区国际快件中心预计处理超8万件出口包裹，发往阿联酋、波兰等国。"跨境电商货物可在2小时内通关放行，"远昊物流总经理龚鹏表示。
Tianzhu Bonded Zone International Express Center expects to process over 80,000 export packages to countries including UAE and Poland. "Cross-border goods can clear customs within 2 hours," said Gong Peng, General Manager of Yuanhao Logistics.

北京海关全面推广"退货中心仓模式"，将进口退货时限延长至45天。"消费者退货包裹可在区内一站式完成所有流程，"天竺海关跨境电商监管科科长乐延介绍。
Beijing Customs has fully implemented the "Return Center Warehouse Model", extending import return periods to 45 days. "Consumer return packages can complete all processes in one stop within the zone," said Le Yan, Chief of Cross-border E-commerce Supervision at Tianzhu Customs.
