在最近的俄罗斯Household展会上,我们惊讶地发现实际参展工厂数量可能达到2000家。特别是7号展馆规模宏大,容纳了数百家工厂。不过值得注意的是,展会现场俄罗斯本土参展商比例不高,国际展商占据主要位置。

At the recent Russia Household exhibition, we were surprised to find that the actual number of participating factories might reach 2,000. The massive Hall 7 alone housed hundreds of factories. However, it's noteworthy that the proportion of local Russian exhibitors was relatively low, with international exhibitors dominating the show.

参展面临的三大挑战 | Three Major Challenges for Exhibitors

1. 样品展示限制:由于运输限制,多数参展商只能携带少量样品。当客户提出具体需求时,往往无法现场展示实物,只能通过图片或口头说明来应对。

1. Sample Display Limitations: Due to transportation constraints, most exhibitors could only bring a limited number of samples. When clients made specific requests, exhibitors often couldn't present physical products on the spot, having to rely on pictures or verbal explanations.

2. 客户类型匹配问题:展会吸引的主要是当地小型B端客户,他们通常不具备直接从中国进口的能力。这些客户往往要求参展商在莫斯科设有仓库、提供配送服务和账期,这对许多中国参展商来说难以满足。

2. Client Type Mismatch: The exhibition mainly attracted local small B-end clients who usually lack the capability to import directly from China. These clients often require exhibitors to have warehouses in Moscow, provide delivery services and payment terms - demands that many Chinese exhibitors find difficult to meet.

3. 展位位置劣势:中国馆和国际馆(7号馆和8号馆)位置较为偏僻,即使投入特装展位,也难以吸引足够客流。相比之下,展览公司成为最大赢家,部分跟团参观的客户每人支付高达19000元,展览公司从中获利颇丰。

3. Disadvantaged Booth Locations: The China Pavilion and International Pavilion (Halls 7 and 8) were located in relatively remote areas. Even with specially decorated booths, it was hard to attract sufficient visitor flow. In contrast, exhibition companies emerged as the biggest winners, with some tour participants paying up to 19,000 RMB per person - bringing substantial profits to the organizers.
